Reading, Yoga, Adventure Retreat!

We just returned from our 2025 Beach Reading and Yoga Retreat at Nereus Retreats on the Osa Peninsula!

We stayed at the amazing Nereus Retreats where we were spoiled with amazing food, beautiful surroundings, and howler monkey wake up calls. A quick walk on the jungle path took us to a secluded beach or we could cool off in their refreshing pool! At the end of the day we had calming yoga sessions to the sound of the Costa Rican rain. It was so magical!

Each participant chose their level of adventure- from utterly relaxing to "let's do it all!" and it was a resounding success. We kayaked at sunrise, took an informative boat ride around the Gulfo Dulce to snorkel and see dolphins, and even went to Corcovado National Park! In the evenings we gathered for our book discussions as we sipped cocktails with fresh and local ingredients.

We can't wait to return!
